From May 9 to 24 I was on a tour of duty to the Netherlands. My activities in the Netherlands included participation in the "Rectoren College" (meeting of rectors) in Huize Heijendael Nijmegen and visits to various scholars at a number of universities and colleges. This picture was taken on May 21 during my visit to the "Antillenhuis" in Den Haag, during which I became aquainted with plenipotentiary minister P. Comenencia (in the middle). At this occasion I also attended a presentation by dr. Ronnie Severing (at the right), director of the FPI (Fundashon pa Planifikashon di Idioma, foundation for language development) about the Papiamentu teaching method "Mosaiko".Monday, May 21, 2007
