UNA student receives first Boolchand award

During a small ceremony at the UNA, mr. Ram Boolchand, Managing Director of the well-known Boolchand Group, presented the first Boolchand Scholarship Award to student Vivek Daryanani, a promising first-year ICT student at the UNA's faculty of Engineering. The Boolchand Award will be awarded for 4 consecutive years to promising first year students ICT at the UNA. The award consists of a check of ANG 7,500 and was established at the occasion of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Boolchand Group, to support ICT students, as they study sciences, related to the firm's anniversary theme "Improving the quality of life through technology".
