Lecture Prime Minister of The Netherlands

In February the prime minister of the Netherlands Mr. dr. Jan Peter Balkenende visited the Netherlands Antilles. During his visit he also gave a lecture at the University of the Netherlands Antilles. I started the evening with a welcome speech. After the lecture the student were given the opportunity to ask questions.
